Belt Lipectomy with arm reduction, back bra and thigh lift

This lovely patient in her 50’s underwent a sleeve gastrectomy procedure several years ago and like many others, found herself draped in excessive skin over her entire body. She decided that 2019 was the year to finally look the way she felt inside. She first underwent a belt lipectomy, and was so happy with the result that she returned for an arm reduction, back bra lift and thigh lift.
