Dallis is our dedicated Patient Coordinator and Personal Assistant to Dr Yezen Sheena, bringing over 20 years of industry experience and patient care knowledge to The Lotus Institute team.

Having worked within the cosmetic and surgical industry for many years, Dallis is a wealth of knowledge and is passionate about supporting patients throughout every stage of their journey. Her warm, compassionate nature and attention to detail help patients feel informed, comfortable, and genuinely cared for from their initial enquiry through to post-operative care.
A valued part of The Lotus Institute family for many years, Dallis briefly stepped away to pursue other opportunities before returning back home to us — and we could not be happier to have her back as part of our team.
